I found some awfully cute watermelon cups so I’ve been looking for some watermelon drink recipes for you. Here’s the first of more I’ll share this summer.

If you’re like me, I had no idea what Yakult is. Click the link for details but the bottom line is, it’s a probiotic drink. The recipe shows how to make the drink with our without Yakult.
Apparently the Yakult version is very trending in China now.
While the directions show mocktails, I think you could add some watermelon vodka and it would be even more delightful! Any way you serve this drink, it should be delicious! Enjoy!
