- Bunk Bed: $240 per month
- Shared Queen/ Double: $260 per month
- Private Queen/ King: $280 per month
- 3 Payments (May 1st, June 15, August 1st)
- Bunk Bed: $400 per payment
- Shared Queen/ Double: $450 per payment
- Private Queen/ King: $500 per payment
- All payments must be completed by August 1st, 2025.
- Any unpaid spots will be offered to the waitlist.
Waitlist Fee: $50 (applied towards final balance if a spot open)
- If no spot open, the $50 is refunded.
- If a spot opens and offered but declined, the fee is non-refundable.
