I don’t accept returns, but I will quickly address any concerns you have once you receive your order.

Refunds

While I always take extra cautious measures to ensure your order reaches you successfully, unfortunately occasionally orders are broken in transit. If you receive your order and it is broken, here’s what you need to do: Take a picture of the broken item(s) and the packaging it came in. Email that information to admin@cupofmood.com.

Once I receive all of the requested information, I’ll process your refund within 48 hours. Unfortunately, for insurance purposes, I cannot issue a refund without all of the requested information. If you have difficulty providing the information, please contact me at admin@cupofmood.com.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
