Because each item is carefully photographed and described in detail, all purchases are considered final sale once delivered.
Refunds for Damaged Items
While I take great care in packaging every order, occasional damage can occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, I’m happy to issue a refund under the following conditions:
- The issue is reported within 10 days of delivery
- Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging are provided
- The information is emailed to admin@cupofmood.com
This timeframe is required for insurance and shipping claims and allows me to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Once the required information is received and verified, refunds are processed within 48 hours.
Outside the Reporting Window
Requests received after 10 days from delivery are not eligible for refunds or credits.
